VIRTUAL AUCTION TERMS
BUYER'S PREMIUM IS 13%
We are open Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM for preview.
You will receive invoices upon the close of the auction for your winning bids. Pickup and in person payment will begin Monday following the sale at 7:00 a.m.
The item must be paid for by 4:00 PM on Tuesday and picked up by 4:00pm Thursday following the sale.
Sales Tax: 8.6% - Sales tax applied to Hammer Price and Buyer's Premium. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cashier Check, Wire Transfer, Debit Card, and Cash. We do not accept personal or business checks. There will be a 3% fee added to any Credit or Debit cards used for payment. Credit & Debit cards are only accepted in person.
The item must be paid for and removed by Tuesday at 4:00 PM following the sale. A $25.00 storage fee per vehicle and palatalized miscellaneous will be charged per day if the items are not paid for by Tuesday following the auction.

1. An implied warranty of merchantability described in section 28-4412, subsection B and section 44-1267.
2. An emissions inspection pursuant to section 49-542, subsection D.
VEHICLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO PASS VEHICLE EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS.
ALL VEHICLES PURCHASED MAY HAVE TO BE RE-INSPECTED AT BUYER'S EXPENSE BEFORE REGISTRATION. SELLER OR WSM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED AFTER AUCTION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Western Sales Management will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Western Sales Management reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
In the event of a customer withdrawing payment of item, there will be a 13% restocking fee and all online bidding privileges will be revoked. Western Sales Management LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
