John Cadzow (Owner/President)
If there was one thing I wanted people to know about us is how hard we work to make the experience enjoyable, fair and most of all honest”. The Auction business is fast and there are a lot of them that come and go. My family has owned WSM since 1971. We’ve been around for a while and have always taken care of our customers. When my dad was ready to retire in 2002 I stepped in. With Dad being from the “old-school” things were changing and I was the young guy with all the ideas, he was more than happy to hand it over. Since then I’ve carried on my dad’s legacy of “Always dealing fair” and taking care of the customers. We’ve brought in new technologies and understand the importance of also keeping up with the times. The one thing that has never gone out of style from Dad’s old school days is our overwhelming desire to take care of the customer at the highest level. MARK MANNEY (GENERAL MANAGER)
Originally from Arizona I have always had a passion for both our state and anything that has an engine. My first job fresh out of school was selling auto parts for a local Chevy dealership. The past 20 plus years I have held management positions in the automotive business focusing on employee support and customer service. I was excited for the opportunity to join the WSM team two years ago. They are a great Arizona grown company operated with small town family values.
GAGE RICHARDSON (YARD MANAGER)
I started here part time during high school in 2013 taking stickers off and doing odd jobs on the property. I continued from 2016 on as a full time employee at WSM, I now hold the yard management position. I am here to assist customers and share my knowledge of inventory. I take pride in WSM and all of its values.
MEGAN STULLICK (OFFICE)
Joining WSM in 2015, I have learned all aspects of the Auction industry. Since then I have met and established good working relationships with many of our customers. One of my main responsibilities is to create a stream line process between WSM and its contracted municipalities. I take pride in creating a positive experience for all.
BONNIE DICARLO (OFFICE)
I am the newest addition to the WSM team. My responsibilities are within the Customer Service department and also as WSM's title clerk. I come to WSM with an extensive background of compliance both on the local and federal level and many years of retail customer service. "I look forward to being here to assist you in any way I can."
